After completing extensive training and gaining valuable experience in private practice, Dr. Dr. Wheeler returned to the Annapolis area in 2008, to open a center specializing in facial plastic surgery and skin care. With his career dedicated to surgical and nonsurgical treatments in the face and neck, Dr. Dr. Wheeler provides his patients with exceptional care in a relaxing, state-of-the-art environment.
