Three months before this photo, this patient underwent full face skin resurfacing with a combination of chemical peels around the eyes, cheeks, and forehead. She also had laser resurfacing and dermabrasion around the mouth. The result of the chemical peel around the eyes show a reduction in the fine lines and improvement of skin texture, as well as excellent tightening of the skin around the eyes without a blepharoplasty.
